Kueh Salat is best known as the top green layer and glutinous rice at the bottom kinda kueh. It is also the representation of Peranakan Kuehs amongst all others. Top green layer is custard like, tastes like kaya with the bottom layer of fragrant coconut glutinous rice with blue pea flower.
